died and lost my sword

I died in the /mm and when i /back, i got most of the stuff but my vp sword and a pickaxe was not there. I think someone unknowingly pick it up. Can i get my sword back or the player's name so i can request him to return it.

I just checked the logs. Your lost netherite pickaxe was picked up by Madhu, and we were able to restore it to your inventory. Only the pickaxe was picked up by a player at your death location.
