Net problems and died

Hlo it's me user can u plzz help to get my stuff back in nether Bastian 
My network is sloww and I placce a block there but due to my network it was glitch so plzz can u help me and I was enable to get off because off my net so can u plzz restore my lost item and help me to get if u get my item back I will very greatfull to you plzz help me to get my stuff back plzz and I will never ever do that mistake now so plzz give me a chance for my mistake
