Villager bug

Hey, its me Commi and I have a problem.My villagers are not taking the jobs even though every criteria for a villager accepting job is full filled.It might be to related to the new update which dropped "Villager Update".It took me hours to get the villagers in place after zombifying and curing them to reduce the prices to the least.After I got them in their place I instinctively renamed them optimize. I renamed them optimize before placing their work stations which may have affected their AI and is stopping them to accept a job right now after I placed the work station.So I humbly request you to fix this issue and if it cant be fixed due to the plugin I deeply request you to kill the villagers that are renamed aswell as jobless and just place  zombie villagers there and then I will cure them.I am not sure if this is the issue but if it is, there was not enough information regarding it in the Blog that was posted.

Do not rename villagers to trigger optimization until after they have taken a profession. Disabling AI before a job is taken will prevent them from ever accepting one.

• Rename the villager to anything else using a nametag (e.g., "unoptimize").
  
• Wait a moment  AI will be re-enabled.
  
• Let the villager take a job.
  
• Rename back to "optimize" once the job is taken.

How long do I have to wait for their AI to be re-enabled? Its been an hour and half since I renamed them and only one of the villagers has re-enabled his AI which happened almost immediately after I name tagged him..
Edit:Fixed the issue?

should be re-enable immediately after renaming the villager and avoid placing them on blocks like Redstone Block, Sea Lantern, or Cobblestone if those are used it’ll keep their AI off.

Fixed what? There's nothing to fix.

It just adds a question mark If i put some emojis like the smily face. I already had edited my second reply saying that but it added a question mark there aswell
