Ranks Purchase issue

    Hello Admin,

I hope you’re doing well.

I recently purchased the Obsidian Rank on the server. The payment was completed successfully, and I received both the invoice via email and the transaction ID as proof of purchase.

However, on the server, my purchase is still showing as “Waiting for Transaction,” and I have not yet received the Obsidian Rank.

Could you please look into this issue and help resolve it? If needed, I can provide the invoice, transaction ID, or any other details required to verify the purchase.

If you purchased items from our VIP Store, you should have received an email from Tebex containing your Transaction ID, which starts with TBX-.

We also checked our records and did not receive any payment for your username.

The thing is i made the payment but at the site it showed waiting for the transaction to complete and it kept on loading for an hour though i made the payment already kindly go through the screenshot and invoice provided as it shows the original payment made and also the invoice was send from them also the thing is it didnt get load on the actual site and it kept on buffering thats why no email was send to my mail but from my side everything was done with perfectly payment was done on time on the qr provided on my laptop screen kindly look through its a humble request     


Also kindly check the payment from upi id akshay.k@fam this was the upi id through which the payment was made… kindly look through the server people told admin will help and solve the issue as because payment was already made from my side

We didn't receive any payment with that Transaction ID, so we can't do anything further on our end. Please contact your bank or the payment service you used, as they will be able to help you. There is no transaction with that Transaction ID on our end.

If the payment had been completed successfully, the server would have automatically added the package to your account.

I've contacted Tebex Support about your issue and included the screenshots you sent. They will investigate the issue on their end as well. Once they reply, I'll update you.

Tebex is the platform we use to monetize our server, so the information we have is very limited because they handle all payment processing and payment methods.

The thing is i have provided all the necessary information there a proper invoice sent to my mail claiming successful transaction and its from Transact Bridge which i have already provided u in a pdf form and in image form too tbh there must be some glitch from the tebex website coz i didnt got and transaction id but the payment was successful from my end
I've already contacted support. They will provide an update because everything needs to be checked and handled on Tebex's end.
