Hey staff, I am boruto. I have noticed that whenever i buy something from auction (/ah), if my inventory is full at the moment, the item just completely disappears. It doesn't get delivered or dropped on the ground. It's just gone, and the money still gets taken from my balance. this just happened to me with a netherite pickaxe i bought for $25,000. my money was deducted, but because my inventory was full, the pickaxe vanished. It's a pretty significant loss, so i wanted to report it in the hopes that it can be fixed to prevent this from happening to others. If possible, i would really appreciate it if I could either get that Netherite pickaxe back or be refunded the $25,000. Thanks for your time.

Rewards:
The Top 5 players will receive 2 extra sethomes.
If you have a VIP rank (which normally allows 3 sethomes), winning will increase it to 5 sethomes.
If you have the Obsidian rank, you’ll get a total of 7 sethomes.
If you don’t have any rank, you’ll still get a total of 3 sethomes.
Rules:
Using any cheating methods will result in a permanent ban with no appeals.
The event ends on October 31st.
The Leaderboard will be showcased in the Hub server and Your score will be displayed on the Survival server HUD.
Note: The leaderboard counts from all time, which means some players have higher totals because it includes the fish caught since the day we started the server.
In current system players have to take expired item from Ah and resell it again.
There are 2 major drawbacks in this system.
1. Players need to keep inventory space
2. Players have to memorize the price of each item
My suggestion was adding resell option. Then players can add expired item again to Ah with single click.

Hi, I was AFK on the server for a few minutes, and when I came back my internet was really slow—I was just lagging and gliding around. As I was walking, my screen froze, and then it suddenly loaded into a death screen. I think my items have already despawned. Could you please help recover them? They included the new VIP items, which were very hard to get. Thank you!
