Banned/Kicked On unstable connection

Hi Owner so I was just collecting materials for a farm and my connection randomly went unstable and I got sent to the Minecraft server menu saying Disconnected and when I joined again I got banned for 50 seconds because of server crasher even though I didn't have an lag machine.
