Someone else claimed near mini_boy's base

I'm posting this on behalf of my friend Mini_boy. He is building a large castle on his claim and another player HS_Gaming099 has claimed land right infront of it and now he cant properly build his castle. The other player has built a small house like structure there. Kindly help in fixing this issue. Thank you...
