cannot do a payment

i tried to buy a rank with my NSB bank card but it says payment falied i tried 10 times but it wont wore i enterd my details correct but i cant do the payment i recived a in my final attempt i recived a otp code but when i enterd it it says payment was redjected by bank plz fix this issue.i tried to do another paymet to a different game and it works i think lksmp sever's payment system has a bug
