Cant connect to server

I recently told my brother to join the SMP since its extremely fun, but the thing is, whenever i try registering for him on his computer, it always says that theres alrewady an account under the user fazeplayz90101s, which is my account. i want to know if its IP related or because its a bug, since my brothers account and my account share the same IP.
