Clearing things up (FOR ADMIN)

I had Minecraft shrunk down on one side of the screen while i was watching a YT video. I was just mindlessly clicking on the MC window to farm xp while i watched, and totally zoned out and didn't even see my hunger bar. Didn't realize i was starving until it was too late... 
My AFK method might look like an auto clicker. that's not something that would lead to ban,is it?
