Elista Base Grief along with unwanted signs

Hello, I just wanted to draw attention to something crucial. Elista's base has been griefed yet again, this time with unwanted signals and unpleasant messages. This is not the first time it has happened. She keeps finding similar signs about her base, and it's becoming a hassle.
Nothing has been destroyed, but the continual placing of these signs is mainly intended to harrase her.
Neither Elista nor I know who is doing it yet, but it has to stop.

We have already temp banned the player who placed the sign. Please tell your friend to follow this rule: always claim before building.
