Player - shamod is selling items for massive prices such as a stack of carrot for 1 million and one netherite upgrade template for 1 million so he get money when players accidentally buy those overpriced items. Also when asked about it, he remains silent.

We can't do anything about this. Players can sell items for any price they want. It's up to other players to find and buy the correct item. You can use this page to check what an item actually costs: https://lksmp.fun/ahprice/
Trying to control how players price items in the AH doesn’t work, so there’s no point in banning or warning for it.
