Let me explain Elista’s situation first.
Here’s how we handled the situation:
We checked the logs for your last activity and found that you created this area. placed lava inside it, and teleported Elista to that location. As a result, Elista was killed by the lava, which is why you were banned. This is how you killed that player.
We then restored all of your inventory to Elista’s inventory. That’s what happened. If you think that when someone kills you and you report it, you will receive their full inventory as a result that won’t happen. In this situation, you purposely killed that player, which breaks the rules. Therefore, you must face the consequences.
You also mentioned in your ban appeal that you were falsely reported for this, but in reality, you did it intentionally.

For your current report, we will ignore your claim that player ubelmaya killed you by placing lava. You were both communicating through a book and quill, and it appears you told ubelmaya to kill you, making this incident intentional rather than an actual rule violation.
You are wasting both our time and yours. We won’t spend any time on your reports if you keep making false claims and acting like this. You have already been given a final chance to play on the server, as mentioned in your ban appeal. If you get banned again, you will receive no further chances.
